ARRIVAL DETAILS - Check-in is anytime after 3pm. All our holiday homes
are self check-in with a lock box  or electronic lock. We will email you
your entry and arrival information prior to your arrival.
Upon arrival to your holiday home you will also find a Guest Guide with
property specific information.
CHECK-OUT DETAILS  Check-out is 10am. Please return the key to the
lock box upon check-out and if the home has a garage door remote, please
ensure that it is also left in the holiday home.
LINEN HIRE - Linen Hire is compulsory in all of our holiday homes and
is NZD$17.50 per person, per stay.  The linen hire includes all of your bed
linen, towels, hand towels, bath mats and kitchen tea towels. All of our holiday
homes have laundry facilities should you want to do any washing during
your stay.
MID-STAY CLEAN - All of our holiday homes are commercially cleaned
after each guest check-out and our holiday homes with spa pools are
commercially valeted. Although our holiday homes are not serviced daily we
can certainly arrange for a mid-stay clean and linen change. This would be
on-charged to your account, please just contact us at the time of booking
to arrange.
LATE CHECK-OUT - If you wish to check-out later than 10am, please
speak to our team at leave 48h prior to your arrival to allow for our cleaning
team to rearrange their busy schedule. An additional late check-out fee of
$15 per hour will be on-charged to the credit card used at the time of booking.
During peak season (Christmas and New Year's) late check-outs are generally
not available as our cleaners have scheduled cleaning times and we have to
allow sufficient time between bookings for cleaning and maintenance.
BABY EQUIPMENT HIRE -  We have porta-cots available for hire during
your stay and we can also help with high-chair and baby equipment hire.
