Lovely relaxing retreat with fantastic views
Positive: Good location as on a bus route to Queenstown/Lake Haynes/Arrowtown /Frankton. Bus service good and reasonable (especially with a Bee card). Fantastic views of the lake. Very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Quiet and peaceful.
Negative: Liked everything really but some improvements would be a)to upgrade the balcony furniture - the benches were rather rickety and not that comfortable (but taking a chair outside was an option). b)Quite difficult to find as the directions did not seem to mention ‘Residence du lac’ which was the main sign at the turning for the drive.

Positive: Lovely outlook, convenient to Queenstown proper by car. Appeared that public transport was frequent too. Facilities were clean and comfortable.
