Harcourts were amazing , the couple of small things we requested were delivered the same day. Positive: Great location, stunning views Quiet and everything we needed Negative: Some internal freshen of the paintwork especially the doors would lift the quality no end for very little cost It could also do with some coat hooks in the entry.

Great views of the lake and mountains. Positive: Lovely views from the upstairs balcony of the lake and the mountains Good facilities, dryer washing machine, diswasher etc everything you need for a long stay. Bed was comfortable. Our apartment had a dedicated parking spot. The area was quiet and couldn't hear the traffic from the road. 15 minute drive to Queenstown or to a major shopping hub. Negative: No cooling, only heating. They do provide 2 standing fans which worked although they are a bit old and wobbly. No insect screens. The kitchen had a missing door and some if the dishes are chipped. There were unnecessary things which cluttered the space. Eg.. a wine fridge, a couple of empty planters, too many rugs and floor mats. I feel like if it was all paired back abit and focus on some general maintenance the space would feel better. I don't recommend this accomodation for someone with mobility restrictions as there is alot of stairs inside and outside the property.

Vacances idyllique Positive: Nous avons très apprécié la vue, le calme l'emplacement. Le logement et à mi chemin entre le centre ville et le nouveau shopping Queenstown Central. Le logement est aussi très confortable bien insonorisé et les voisins très respectueux. La salle de bain a du être refaite il y a pas longtemps. Elle est magnifique et bien équipée avec des meubles modernes. Petite remarque tout de même sur la cuisine, elle aurait besoin d'une petite rénovation. Negative: Nous avons était déçu sur le fait que nous n'ayons pas pu se balader à pied le long du lac. C'était en travaux. Bien dommage

Loved Queenstown, loved where we stayed. Could not have asked for more. Positive: It was a really cosy very comfortable unit with incredible views over the lake. Easy access to town centre with a short drive. There is a bus stop up the hill on the main road if needed. Given the weather was quite cold, the unit was warm with great access to additional heating. Washing and drying clothes was very easy. Simple but effective kitchen. Designated parking so there was no confusion where to park. Great shower. Very comfortable bed. Negative: There was not quite enough general supplies available - bin bags, dishwashing liquid, just enough toilet paper
