Loved Queenstown, loved where we stayed. Could not have asked for more. Positive: It was a really cosy very comfortable unit with incredible views over the lake. Easy access to town centre with a short drive. There is a bus stop up the hill on the main road if needed. Given the weather was quite cold, the unit was warm with great access to additional heating. Washing and drying clothes was very easy. Simple but effective kitchen. Designated parking so there was no confusion where to park. Great shower. Very comfortable bed. Negative: There was not quite enough general supplies available - bin bags, dishwashing liquid, just enough toilet paper

Fabulous! Positive: Easy access with well communicated instructions. The apartment is a good 45-minute walk to the centre of Queenstown, but Ubers are cheap and there is a car park if you choose to rent a car. The view is incredible, so relaxing to sit with a wine or cup of tea and enjoy the stunning landscape.

Positive: The location and view was amazing. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Negative: The unfriendly responses from Harcourts staff. The front door issues. We couldn't open the front door. Called the after hours number twice before we received a call back. Told to pull the door towards us then turn the key. It is very difficult and hard to do at night.

Perfect location for our Queenstown stay Positive: Beautiful apartment- very well presented. Lots of nice extras included to make our stay even more special Negative: Parking was down a very steep driveway. Couldn’t find a bbq at the property
