Positive: Stunning views, walking distance to town centre, very clean and well kept. Negative: N/a

Great position, good space. Some impovements available to make it excellent Positive: Gret prosition, wonderful views from the lounge window. Handy proximity to restaurants and attractions. Reasonably equipped, comfortable sofas. Great to have a dedicated car park close to the unit. Negative: Comfortable pillows and beds are so important. Unfortunately the bed in the main bedroom upstairs was too firm and pillows mixed/unsupportive. We could not get the A/C in the room to work properly either. The double bed downstairs was a jojn together bed where one was higher than the other, so not comfortable. The carpet in the lounge felt like it needed a deep clean. We cleaned the lounge windows.

Good but can be better. Positive: Location, big house and comfortable. Negative: Too little heating in the house. Locating the house on 1st visit is complicated. Some doors give a creaking sound and walking on steps give that noise. Overall good.

Great location with brilliant views of the lake - Shame about the building work going on in close proximity Positive: Comfortable, all the amenities - like being home from home. Negative: The building works next door started early every day - between 7 and 7.30 with tradies arriving, angle grinders etc making noise. I know it’s out of the control of the owners, but still a little frustrating. Also, please can you make it clearer about when the rubbish bins get emptied - it was already almost full when we arrived and by the time we left it was overflowing.
