Luxury Lakeside Retreat

We loved Luxury Lakeside Retreat and would highly recommend for your Queenstown holiday. Positive: Spectacular views from which were constantly changing. Location was excellent and the bus stop was on our doorstep. We loved that each bedroom had its own en-suite and the coat hook area was great for winter gear. The property was clean and had a little laundry area for any washing. It is an ideal halfway point between the Queenstown CBD and Frankton and ubers to either of those places were reasonably priced, which was great as we’d opted not to hire a car after seeing all of the accidents on icy roads. Negative: Only complaint was that there was not enough lounge seating for everyone. There is a small 2 seater lounge plus one arm chair and then a wooden bench which wasn’t comfortable. A modular lounge to fit 6 people would be ideal.

Would highly recommend the property. Great property with amazing views. Spacious living. Close to the city centre. Positive: The property was very spacious for our family of 6. Every bedroom had its own ensuite which was very generous. Great location. Amazing views. Negative: Would be great with extra seating in the lounge. The bench wasn’t ideal or comfortable.

Beautiful location and fantastic for 3 couples. No bathroom sharing :) Positive: Beautiful views, great for 3 couples Negative: Parking a bit tight and rubbish collection issues. Very minor things
