Loft Bach Totara

A wonderful place to stay, to match the wonderful views! Positive: The views at this place were wonderful, both from the living room / balcony and from the main bedroom. To have our own private balcony was really nice. The living area (including the kitchen) was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and roomy - the washing/drying machine in there made for an extra space on top to put things. We stayed here in the middle of winter, so it was great to have heating throughout the apartment, that could be turned on and off per room (as we like to have a heated bedroom). The distance to Queenstown was good, and it was handy to have two bus stop areas up on the main road (one either side of the road) which we could use as pick up & drop off spots for two different tours we went on. While we were there, for a couple of queries I had (one being we needed a replacement globe for the balcony light), Chloe was exceptional in her quick response time and communication. Thank you, Harcourts! Negative: The bed in the second bedroom had a ridge down the middle where the two single mattresses met - but it was comfortable enough. It would be nice to have some shelving in both bedrooms' built in robes to put things. It would also be good to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Finally, the only crockery/glassware not provided were champagne flutes, which we would've made use of!

無 Positive: 內裝真的跟照片一樣，大片落地窗外看出去就是湖景，非常的美麗。有兩間臥室，空間很足夠了。 第一碗客廳的暖氣壞掉，跟房東聯絡後，隔天一早馬上來處理，換了一台新的，讓我們的住宿體驗又更好了。 但這裡離皇后鎮有一點距離，我們是自己開車，住宿有附免費停車車位，如果要到皇后鎮必須開車，往後鎮上的停車就得自己下一些功夫找了。 Negative: 無

A lake view must to stay. Positive: Locates awesome, close to airport and also from city centre. Nothing to complain in property. Negative: Nothing

Positive: The unit is spacious and easy to check in/out. It is very close to the lake. The view is nice as the pictures shared. Negative: The is only toilet tissue provided. Many bugs and sandflies came in when we open the window in the evening.

Positive: Great views, and the management company is quick to respond and very friendly.
