12th Ave Queenstown Suite 10 (Super king or 2 singles)

Clean, convenient but somewhat cold.... Positive: The suites are convenient for Lake Hayes Estate and Lower Shotover and are generally clean and well appointed. There is a Night and Day store and a decent cafe/restaurant/bar Franks within 50yrds. Negative: I stay here quite regularly and have often found it a little chilly in the winter months but on this occasion the apartment was Baltic and the heat pump was not working at all. I called to complain and Harcourts came very swiftly and provided an electric fan heater advising that there was a problem with the heating for the whole building. That improved matters considerably but there needs to be a longer term solution - perhaps the rooms should all have panel heaters installed as this seemed just to be a deterioration of a long-term challenge.

Great location, very quiet and secure with shop and restaurant walking distance away. Positive: Spacious and well equipped Negative: N/A

Positive: Nice, modern and clean

Positive: Nagyon panorámás helyen volt, lenyűgöző Új-Zélandi kilátással. Kis bolt, kávézó, étkezési lehetőség a szállás mellett. Szuper hely. Negative: Nem volt negatívum.
