Quiet, comfortable n convenient Positive: Very roomy, good kitchen facilities, coffee machine, free laundry, large bathroom, quiet, little out of queenstown but closer to arrowtown n easy to get into town. Negative: Minor but enough coffee pods for our 3 day stay. Requested more, twice promised, never came.

Lovely, comfortable stay with a stunning view Positive: Loved the location, perfect for us to attend a wedding at lake Hayes. Nice to be slightly out of queenstown town centre with bus stop right outside. Also liked the cleanliness and spaciousness of room and the view of the mountains which had snow on the last morning! Negative: Everything was great.
