12th Ave Queenstown Suite 11

Very comfortable and clean, convenient location but need improved sound-proofing. Positive: I stay here fairly regularly and love the location for its proximity to work when over in Lake Hayes. It is conveniently located east of both and thus avoids the need to drive all the way into central Queenstown when working in Lake Hayes. The property is clean, comfortable and warm. "Franks" is conveniently located in the same precinct for breakfast, lunch or dinner and there is a "night n day" for food if you want to dine in. The location east of Frankton also makes it easy to go to Arrowtown for a night out. Negative: The main drawback is that certain of the rooms have doors to adjoining rooms and, whilst locked when you have not booked two adjoining rooms, these reduce the sound proofing between the rooms - they could do with a sound barrier/heavy curtain over the door on each side so that when you've not booked adjoining rooms, there could be better sound isolation. My neighbour had a penchant for 3am TV and music on this occasion and it made for somewhat disrupted sleep.

We zijn in dezelfde vakantie terug gegaan zo goed vonden we het! Positive: Als je niet in Queenstown zelf hoeft te verblijven of wil dan is dit een zeer goede optie. De kamers zijn nieuw en dat zie je ook. Moderne faciliteiten en zeer rustig. De prijs was zeer goed. Negative: soms hadden we problemen met de toegangskaart voor het gebouw

Positive: The room itself was well presented, the bed was comfy and the bathroom spacious. The suites themselves were beautiful. Negative: We didn't like that the suites were directly above medical facilities and I believe this should be in the description. As someone who suffers from PTS, I found it very hard having to use the internal space as it smelt like a hospital and my husband had to unlock the upstairs external door for me to use. The view from the side of suites we were on looked out into other people's homes, not enticing. The other side would have been nicer as it faced the Remarkables with no obstructions.

Positive: The property is located in quiet location. Negative: We stayed for 4 days. But there was no room service. But the towels and toilet tissues were provided on request.

Highly recommend Positive: We did have trouble locating it but once found, everything was great
