12 avenue suites Positive: Clean and secure, modern as new unit.close to local shop and restaurant. Easy Parking. Some failings but happy to recommend and use again. Negative: Poor quality of the bed mattress and linen covers. Constant running of the A/ C fan was annoying.The controller did not seem to have any effect on the speed or off functions. Unable to comment of staff as did not meet or see any.

12th Avenue Suites - apartment # 12 was perfect for our trip to Queenstown. Well appointed and beautifully presented. Wo Positive: The property was clean, beautifully presented and had everything we needed for the week. Negative: One of the window furnishings was not operational (they are working to get this rectified). It would have just added to the beautiful views.

Clean and comfortable house within easy walking distance of the Eleventh Avenue Health Campus. Positive: Lovely house located in the Lower Shotover estate and very convenient for the health campus at Eleventh Avenue. Outdoor hot-tub, well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, clean and off-street parking space available. Negative: There was nothing to dislike.
