12th Ave Queenstown Suite 12

Fantastic apartment. Positive: We found 12th Avenue Suites absolutely wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Not in Queenstown proper, so much more quiet and without the crowds. Own parking space, lift access and easy to find. Would highly recommend. Negative: Not a thing.

Positive: Great appartement with everything you need.

We will definitely be back. Positive: The property was very well appointed and very clean in a great location. View of the snow capped mountains was amazing. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we expected and were absolutely spotless. Plus a lot of little things that made a big difference. Negative: Nothing to complain about.

Overall excellent, quiet, convenient location, stunning views, sunny and tasteful. Positive: I loved suite 12. So comfortable and tasteful. The views are stunning . Looks out on mountains all around. A quiet location. Good sound proofing. The location suits me. A few minutes walk to visit my 100 year old mother who lives in the Country Club. When I rung for extras the staff were helpful. Negative: More coffee pods, milk ( a few had gone off) and toilet paper- especially when you are staying a few days. But overall. No complaints.
