Disappointing Positive: Modern property with excellent laundry facilities. Close to Lake Hayes and picturesque walks. Negative: Faceless entry, keycard collected and returned to a digital keybox. Difficult to contact staff as the number supplied went to answerphone, despite them contacting us to suggest we would be charged for not returning the key. A definite upset for us as this was not the case. Resolved but poorly handled. Location was disappointing. On the outskirts of the city in an area being developed, with inadequate infrastructure making travelling slow and frustrating.

My how Queenstown has grown Positive: It was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. It was nice and clean. Having a Washer and dryer a couple of doors a way was great. Negative: Our room not being ready, and having to wait until 3.30 when check in was 3.00. The entry card didn't always work.

Very good accommodation but lacked tourist facilities, Positive: Room was very comfortable and modern. Negative: We had difficulty locating the property which is a considerable distance from Queenstown. (10 minute drive). Lacked a tourism feel and more suitable foe business people.
