UPDATED COVID – 19 CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS
MADE AFTER THE 19th AUGUST 2020.
Due to the uncertainty in the travel market we are offering guests that make a booking after the 19th August 2020 the following updated COVID 19 cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS MADE AFTER THE 19th AUGUST 2020
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to one nights accommodation is payable at the time of making a booking. The final payment is debited automatically from the same credit card and is due 14 days prior to your check-in date.
Should valid COVID 19 travel restrictions be in place at the time of your reservation check-in date we would offer the option of a credit. This could be applied to a date change on your existing reservation and used within 12 months of your original check in date.
(This only applies to bookings made directly through The Harcourts Holiday Home - Queenstown Website. Reservations made through other booking platforms will need to adhere to the applicable cancellation policy)
